The General Data Protection Regulations and our members

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) are changing in May this year and we need to inform our members how this affects their relationship with us in regard to the data we collect from them and keep in order to run the Federation in a proper manner. We commit to:

  • only collect information that you need for a specific purpose;
  • keep it secure;
  • ensure it is relevant and up to date;
  • only hold as much as you need, and only for as long as you need it; and
  • allow the subject of the information to see it on request.
